The EZ Pour 50 melter has a galvanized corrosion resistant jacket.
It is painted with Dupont™ epoxy paint. 
Under the jacket, a high efficiency ceramic insulation surrounds the melter chamber.
The one-piece precision built frame is designed for balance and easy towing.
The E-Z Pour 50 has a low profile and an adjustable hitch.

Round Tank
Provides consistent clearance between the agitator and tank wall for complete agitation.
Features a .187” wall thickness for lasting durability and a corrosion resistant galvanex jacket.

Quick and Simple Start-Up
The EZ Pour 50 melter has a thermostatic control with a safety shut-down.
Shut-down at the end of the day is easy with the “Flush free clean up” system.

Independent Variable Speed Pump and Agitation with Curb-side Hydraulic Controls
All controls are on the curbside for increased operator safety.
Operator controls the material agitation and pumping rate while standing well away from traffic.
